  1. :ot We pay our tinters by the hour and also a percentage of work completed. If they hustle and we have the work to keep them busy they can make great money without having the headaches that everyone who owns anything has. We also give bonuses. This is a difficult thing to address. I have two partners that I have two other businesses with and good employees are difficult to come by, so we take care of them the best we can. This is an issue we have had countless meetings on, but when you lose a great employee it is detrimental to your business in many ways that you would never even think to consider.........Bottom line, if they are good do whatever you can to keep them happy, if they're not, do whatever you can to get them away from your business. :ot
