I would call the editor of the newspaper and see if they are willing to do a writeup on the matter, using you as an example..... The publicity would far outweigh the effect of the banner..... This is an excellent idea! You should really take some action on this, it sounds like your city attorney is too bored and has nothing better to do with his/her time.
