  1. Here is a good one for ya for pics......ask Cuttingedge if he still has his pics from when he hired a schmuck to do his caulking for him.....it was a total disaster, guy claimed to know what he was doing (as the glass co. is claiming) and he made a nightmare out of it. Good to show them what can happen if you dont have experience with it.....also, what will the film manny cover for warranty if you do not install the 995 with it??....something else to look into!!!

  2. So, tell us, what was the weight and type of drug they found during the stop??? Betting it was pretty substantial to be fighting it this hard. No reason to fight this for a $100 fine................... :lol

Also, you put in your first post you would cover transportation, now you arent??? What happened, did the PoPo sieze all assets too??? :lol2

  3. I have never had a problem tinting over stickers or graphics. A tip: work from the center of the sticker out past the egdes in all directions, then work the water out toward the edges of the glass. Many will work across or just down, but this can leave moisture at an edge. With Graphics, such as lettering, work the water down each row of lettering to the spcae between then work out to the side. This kepps from pushing it from one line into the next, adding to the amount in the lower row. I work it hard, which will began to leave an impression in the film, allowing it to seat better around the graphic or lettering.(this I know from having pulled a piece off after working it) A hard card works better than a 5-way, since you are able to put more pressure on a smaller area at a time. As it dries, it will give a sort of 3-d effect to the edges, which most customers like, that accentuates the graphic.

    Best of luck!!!
