Hello fellow film installers. I am looking for a full time window film manager of our shop in North seattle. Would like to find someone who can manage a few employees, handle customers, order inventory, keep scheduling and keep up with daily tasks. We have been in business over 20 years and carry a very good reputation. high end cars to teslas daily.

I’m curious if people have better solutions then these for back glass shrinking. And more importantly has anyone been tinting with these daily for excess of 10 -20 years and seen mental or physical health suffer? I used them for about ten years and I’m not really sure if it caused issues to my health personally. I read about these and the ingredients are very toxic to humans. Let the discussion begin. Thanks
