But the film shrinks crazy smooth and the scratch coat is the toughest of any of the auto films jve ever used in comparison to suntek, Llumar, 3m, and aegis.

Global film seems to have a grainy distorted effect to it... It is especially noticeable on windshields. I have found this to be true with ice cool series and qdp. Haven't messed with the ceramic.

So to you pro panel pullers: how the hell do you get Audi/vw gaskets out? The panels peel back so easily, then I grab the seal and they don't budge a bit

Did that guy in the middle video just bottom drop with the seal in???? I only bottom drop on cars that I can't get consistantly good installs on half n halfing and if the seals pull easily. I find That it takes me longer to fool with the seals than to just half and half on easy cars like nissans and Kia/Hyundai Unless it's an avenger or Lexus LS. Then I am forced to pull panels. So far those are the only two I've had to rip shit apart to get a great install on

Never used it or heard of it. Looks like it's only available online but for 3.50 a pack I have to try it

Ahh I steel wool everything with no issues on any cars really, when my shrink used to be poop I would steel wool then wipe with iso. I use heat gun now but torch seems to be much more efficient for mobile jobs. Not sure on how much better it is in shop setting though.

I personally dislike the p2 sprayers, the trigger lock is a horrible design, seals are shitty, the pump itself feels crappy and doesn't build pressure quick. The nozzle is very good on the bottle though. I personally use the jr pump up sprayers. Little more capacity, pump feels much better and builds more pressure faster, replacement parts are cheap and every single part is available. My only complaint is the spray is shitty until it gets broken in, like if you don't have it on high pressure before it gets broken in then it sprays a circular pattern rather than an even mist. I have never had any problems with mine other than letting the seals dry out from not using the bottle or dropping bottle and snapping the tip off.

I am wondering how you people get the seals out of the newer volk's and audi's? The panel peels back so easy but I grab at the seal by hand and it doesn't budge! Have no problem Half n halfing but always good to know more options.

Does using the torch on back glass's that have railroad track frosters give you more issues than if you used a heat gun?

I find that as a plus. I always let customers roll down Windows after install with no issues. As long as you get a smooth tuck and your placement is on point, ultra quick curing should be ideal. Even when bottom loading I don't have slip issues. I use baby shampoo btw and Frankenstein most back windows with it.
