On an additional note, I've been thinking about marking the ones that have problems and returning them to Home Depot. 

Yup.  I also noticed they don't make em like they used to. Trigger falls off while spraying. Handle comes loose because there's not enough turns on the cap. Then the reservoir falls on the ground and all the water I just made empties out. Is this covered under warranty?

I say don't stay away from anything. How will you ever learn? Never turn away a job. Try it and figure it out. Use your problem solving skills. The best thing you can do is prepare for it. Go and look at all of these cars to see why it would be difficult and see how you would work around it. Watch videos of people tinting that specific car. Corvette back window for example.  Don't wait until it shows up in your shop. Have a game plan for when it does. That would be my recommendation.
