Not sure about tinting courses but Let Me Help You is right in the sense that applying tints DIY requires a bit of skill to install the tints properly, which would mean lots of trial and error before a decent tint could be done. Even when using really good quality tints, the lack of experience or skill could cause the tints to have pockets of air bubbles without any real guarantee that it will adhere to the car window for long. 

As such it may not be worth the time, money, and effort spent doing DIY window tinting in the end.

But if you're still thinking about doing it DIY pop me a message and I will be willing to give you some expert advice. 

However, in my honest opinion, going to a dealer like what you've done in the past would be a better idea.
