Tesla model 3 white dots on rear windshield

We recently tinted a Tesla Model 3, full back windshield in 1 piece, and the customer noticed some small white dots or holes start to emerge throughout the top middle portion of the back glass.
They brought it back so we could take a look, and it appears to be in the glass. The tint film appears to be fine. I've attached a photo.
Anyone else ever see anything like this?
Appreciate any feedback.
