Thanks everyone for the responses. I decided to remove the window tinting and wondering if I could do it myself or need to take it to the installer. I had a chameleon windscreen film that I removed by hand but there seems to be some sort of stains that cannot come out and unsure on how to clear it.

Thanks for the prompt response. Is it something I could ask the installer to look at? Replace?

Would there be a specific type of film that can prevent it?

I removed the CPL filter and the image is better but the lighting issue persist only across one horizontal line.

I was planning to use chameleon tinting for the front. I assume the same issue will take place?

Thanks for the prompt response. It is not only from the camera, I also noticed the same effect when looking through the rear window. I assume there is nothing I can do apart from removing the tint?

I got my rear window tinted and the quality of the video has been affected. Is it a bad film installed or expected compromise with tinted windows?after Before
