Tint World in St. Charles, MO is looking for committed and motivated Window Tint Installers to join a young company as it plans out future growth and expansion. This person will be responsible for the installation of films on both new and used vehicles in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility that focuses on luxury cars.
Experience in Paint Protection Film installation is recommended as well, but not required.
Subject matter expert in Automotive Window Film.
Installation to conform to manufacturer and customer specifications and expectations.
Window Tint installer can perform quality work without direct and/or continual supervision, multi-tasking as necessary.
Understand and operate computer, cutting software, and Graphtec plotter system.
Attention to detail to deliver a consistent high-quality installation.
Follow Tint World safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust, harsh chemicals.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Tint World’s and this location’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers, and suppliers.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What are the requirements for this job?
Work in a fast-paced environment with various work schedules.
At least one year’s experience as a specialty tint technician in an aftermarket or Auto Dealership is preferred.
Proficient installation of front and back windshield.
Possesses a strong attention to detail.
Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
General mechanical skills.
Ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely.
Attend additional paid training as needed or dictated.
Willingness to learn new skills in other areas of the business.
