We are offering a full-time window film installation position, we will also hire a TRAINEE! Job duties: Perform all functions associated with window film installation, including pre-inspections, post-installation photos, and accurate completion of all paperwork Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner throughout all customer interactions Ensures that the project is completed to the customer’s satisfaction and according to the company’s quality standards Maintains a neat and orderly company-provided service vehicle You will need: Good communication and customer service skills A Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record To be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted Prior installation experience We offer: Piece Rate to commensurate with experience, higher rates for security films and difficult installations Hourly rate for when you are driving and not installing An annual company-wide profit sharing bonus Employee health benefits (75% paid by us), basic life insurance, vision, dental, and Long-term Disability 401k- 100% company match up to 10% (after 1 yr.)
