justn8
No idea if the 2 doors are framed or frameless... Either way, they'd be easy 4 doors... tops of the panels should pull back and then you can pull the bottom gasket out. Rear quarter windows are same as any BMW, easy. Rear window, easy, nothing to really work around. Just did a new style 3 series sedan a week ago which is basically the same and I dont' remember anything at all that was a pain. Might be easy to bend or wreck the gaskets when pulling them out or putting them back but otherwise... easy, get 'er done Oh, almost forgot... the M3 sedan's probably have the same rear seat headrests as the regular 3 series... they're almost impossible to pull out since they're so close to the roof, I found it was faster to just work around them then try and pull em, apparently they're a nightmare to put back in or something. Just reverse roll the window.

justn8
If it's easy and fast to pull gaskets it's just what I like to do. You're right though... just glass dude, just another car... figure it out. Bimmer's are nice to do.
