Its only a small unit/garage but is in an ideal location and very cheap rent with a few perks thrown in.. It was a mess when I got it alot of graft and clearing up How I got it It came with this though great for my valet business Some tidying up Framework going up for dividing walls im no joiner Plasterboard Front of house right side door will be bricked and rendered left side is having barn doors on and thats where im up to today, hope to get it all boarded up within a week then clean paint ceiling roof etc will update as I progress Thanks for reading.....or looking at the pictures..
