Did you call them yet on it. I think they have to give you a different dongle if I am not mistaken. Its like a key that plugs into the usb port. Looks like a thumb drive. Please post what you find out cuz one of my puters broke and I am thinking about upgrading. Prolly do a mac though.

Seems that it has to do with the 64 bits of VISTA we are running.

Anybody can give me any tips, how to cut regular windowfilm

on a plotter used for vynil.

It is so thin compared with vynil and has no backing.

Any tips will help.

Even a 7 mil is hard to go through.
