Ralph, you and your product have done so much to help my business. You have helped me be a better installer and sales person as well, I don't mean to put any doubt in your product. Did not realize that facebook had deleted your account, and jumped to the wrong conclusion.
I am getting hit with a TON of warranties from another new start up company that I had supported a few years ago, it has made me bitter and apprehensive. That's not your fault. So far, Flexfilm has been some of the nicest product I have ever worked with. My customers enjoy it, and it is a pleasure to shrink and install.
Was not sure if something had changed recently, as the product I installed out of my last roll of pana 70 did not seem to be blocking as much heat as some of my earlier rolls. But it is getting hot really fast here in Orlando, and the change in temp is probably more to blame in this case.
Apologies if you feel I am a troublemaker, but I always look out for my the best interest of my clients. I have been your only Orlando dealer, and this is a very competitive area. Am up against 3M & Llumar all around me, and am sporting a product that no one knows anything about.
