Sounds fishy to me! I've bought two systems from SW and neither has needed warranty work-but that plotters-printers maybe a whole different story! I quit dealing with them when a bulb went out in my scanner-they dont sell parts-or a scanner separate-they offered to sell me a whole system instead of a $2 light bulb!ss

Same problem here Dan-They'll tint their winders-but dont know bout that clear stuff! I've installed 5 kits in last 2 years! With all the road construction here it should be a hot item! ss

You really need two different setups to do both! Buy you a vinyl machine-learn to use it-then if you really need or want to cut film buy you a tintsetup. Having some plotter skills will save you alot of head aches/money when you start cutting film! ss

pooner-sharpline offers a stripe called chainlink-contact-Restylers 1-800-555-1212. Maybe that will help-I dont have a vector image chain! Good luck! ss

I've found that most vinyls have longevity problems when installed on hoods! Even hipo. So cover yourself before covering the hood! ss

mm is right --400 max. you need a font navigator-so you can load or unload by clicking and dragging. That way you dont have to take up space with unused fonts>ss

Not sure about that one-I assume you are referring to the plotter? Mine does the same. I thought it was a plot setting. ss
