That is DR15 behind some LOWE on #2 glass.
I'm assuming cost was an issue. We will be back soon to do another 20 panes .

NS10 is darker and doesn't perform as well as lulu DR15.

Want to make a point that some of the POTW have been "sketchy" Unless medical/state exemptions are at hand.

if you have a LOW E meter test both the inside and outside of the window and come back with your findings. I tint low e windows on a weekly basis.
