Hello Jay! I hace Sone D160 too. Can you please help with some info. What blade do you use?
with the standard 36g blade, I can't adjust it to cut perfectly. either it cuts fine horizontally but vertically it cuts the liner, or with less pressure it doesn't cut the liner vertically but it doesn't cut deep enough horizontally. The pressure between 60-70

Same problem with Summa Sone D160 with 36 angle blade . can someone help me to solve the problem? summa does not make 25 degree blades, can I adapt from another brand of plotter?
