  1. Yeah I'm running a keg atm and I'm having this exact issue. I'm going to try adding more slip to my solution and just spray less on the window when I want it more tacky and see how that goes for now.
  2. Hey all, I've been on the hunt for new slip solutions recently as I've found baby shampoo a little tacky in my climate. I stumbled across some cheap bubble bath and noticed the ingredients were actually very similar to baby shampoo and dishwashing liquid. Has anyone tried using bubble bath as a slip before? Did it work well? Is it tint safe? Cheers.
  3. Hey all, I was browsing through this forum looking for solutions to my slip problems and found that people use ice to keep their slip cool to reduce tack which is currently my issue. Has anyone tried using ice bricks instead of ice? It just seems a bit more convenient for me but I was wondering if it would hold well in a pressurized keg.
  4. Hey all, I'm located in Australia and am looking for 20 inch rolls of backing sheets to cut new templates with. Does anyone know where to buy them in Australia? Or even overseas if possible? Thanks.
  5. Hey all, I'm trying to improve my speed on back glasses. One thing I've heard people doing is pre-cutting their tint to be ready to throw on, before shrinking. That way there is no need to custom fit the shrunk tint to the window. I typically cut the tint to the rough shape of the window which allows for some wiggle room when shrinking, but I then need to custom fit the tint on the glass afterward which can be a little time consuming. Has anyone tried this? If so, is it worthwhile, or, are there any pitfalls to look out for? Cheers.
  6. Hey all, has anyone tried the new solargard vtx pro yet? It seems to be an updated version of the old vortex ceramic film of which I had many issues heat shrinking. It's only been released very recently but I'm hoping they addressed the shrinking issue. Cheers.
