Did you ever figure out what the issue was specifically? I have one of our plotter doing something very similar... On the same cut, in some areas it cuts fine, but on others it's just a little too shallow or if I to the pressure just by one, it might cut through the backing. Any info/insight you might be able to provide would be appreciated. Thanks!
