Dark tint and visualization (night)

Hey, So I am sort of new at this. I want to get my windows tinted on my 1999 4runner.... The back ones are all stock (about 20% I think), but the fronts are not very tinted. I wanted to get the front sides done at a 20% tint. Also, the guy at the shop said it would look good if I got the 5% (limo) tint on the back ones and would help offset the fronts. I am trying to get information on the 5% though.

I like that no one can see me very well with the darker tint, but I don't want to make it too dark where it's actually hard to see out of in bad weather and at night.

Does anyone have any input on that!???

Also, since that are already 20% stock tinted, if I was to put another 20% or 15% tint on them - would they look darker from the outside?

The shop uses Johnson Window Film.

Thanks ahead of time to anyone that can help!

- Matt
