Anyone have hand problems?

Drink lots of water but also drink some electrolite replacement....while hard to do you run the risk of Hyperkalimia which is just a medic term for watering down your body too much and flushing out all the electrolites. Also on those long strenuous jobs eat a banana cause it has a ton of potassium and this will restore your energy, flush the muscle or balance the lactic acid in your muscles giving you rejuvenated energy............some some old knowledge from medic class and my days of racing 100 mile road bike races...but it really does work...POTASSIUM and GATORADE!!!

Hey Scotty, I remember that as HYPOkalemia from drinking too much water and flushing out the electrolytes, but the rest I totally agree. And Booms, I was a Medic for 13 years before I gave it up for a real paying job.
