Anyone have hand problems?

Recommended Posts

Only happens to me when I am scraping lots of old film. Squeegee hasn't done it to me yet but I bet there will come a day when it will. One of the installers I use to work with every now and again always wore a wrist brace. :bs Looked like a goofball but he said it helped.

edit: I know notice you said HAND and not wrist....no hand problems....just wrist and reading problems. :bs

I started drinking carbonated water when I was in Europe...... got to get a taste for it but sure works to keep you healthy and easier to drink than straight water.

carbonation mildly dehydrates you, thus carbonated water for hydration = 1 + -1=0.

along with the hydration, try eating bananas. I saw it mentioned about Potassium and they are correct. the nerve bundles that control the muscles require ptoassium to function properly.

I recently noticed a sore thumb on my right hand. I've started calling it "chizler thumb." and its a real PITA to play guitar anymore as its on the pick hand. been going on for a few months now. hope its not too late to correct. although I wouldn't know how to correct it.

Eat bananas. The potassium will help. Stretch as said before. I have RA and my hands hurt A LOT. Avoid nightshade vegetables like potatoes, eggplant, and tomatoes for a couple of days after a flare up. They cause inflammation.
