nrmskate
Lately I have been getting the weird older cars to tint. I have coming up a 1993 Lumina and a 1993 Impreza. They both have the diagonally sliding windows, does anyone have any tips on doing these windows? I'm just worried about cutting the tint to the shape of the window, everything else doesn't seem to bad. Any tips are appreciated. I do this as a hobby by the way, so I am in no way a professional, although I hope to be one day!
TintOhio
depending on the application remove gaskets and sills to gain you a little extra space during install?? Also maybe only cut what you can on the window, then use a peelboard and measure the rest out and cut.it with your straight edge

TintDude
I like to use a dry erase marker on the outside with the window rolled up to mark the sides so I can tell where the film needs to be during installation to avoid any gaps in coverage. nrmskate
That's actually a really good idea, didn't even think of that! Thanks! Does anyone happen to have a video of doing these types of windows and the technique you use?
