Well, that wasn't exactly what I was thinking that day...

Here is another incident that really happened.  A woman calls and makes and apt. Her day of her apt arrives and I see that her car has tint on it already. Her reply to me was that she knew and that her kids had messed her tint all up and she needed to get it redone before her warranty was up.  (insert cricket sounds here)  There was a moment of silence as her stupidity ran rampant all over my brain and I proceeded to explain to her that her warranty did not cover damage done by her children and all the other yadda yadda stuff and stopped myself as I realized that by the look in her eyes, noone was home. 

Well, you can probably guess the outcome of that conversation.  She leaves mad at me saying I don't warranty my work and me shaking my head as I go inside my shop and wonder which village has lost it's idiot and who to call to come round her up. SHEESH!!! 

Don't you hate it when....you answer the phone and the person on the other end asks how much it is to tint? Of course instinctively I ask, what kind of car, because I need to know...you know? The callers reply is, you know, a regular car. While rolling my eyes and reaching to Heaven for some help I am inclined to than ask for the year, make and model auto they are needing a price on and how dark. Their reply is, well, it's got four...no, five...well I'm not really sure how many windows it has so how much to tint just one? By this time I'm pulling my olfa out of my pouch and searching for the right spot in which to slit my wrists....no wait! I have a pistol! I could blow my brains out! Yeah! That's it! SQUIRREL!!!!!!!

Needless to say...those kind of calls come too often and make me wonder if there really is any intelligent life left out there.

Yup! 09 alright and manual alright no power pushy button thingys. Surprised me too!

Ok, I went back out to it and pushed down harder on the top, it is really stiff but then I heard it lock down and checked, sure nuff, that did the trick! Thanks for the help? I'm in business now!!

The top on this one is manual. Any suggestions on how to make sure it has gone thru its full cycle? I did think of that.

It's a bug

Ok....anyone gonna tell me? I seriously have not been this stumped in a while. I checked everything again this morning and looked for the car manual and it is gone soooo..........what to do next? Anyone??

I have an 09 VW convertible at the shop to do in the morning. I dropped the top and for the life of me....I couldnt get the doors and quarter glasses to come back up. I tricked them........hit the buttons. I dont know Was so stinking HOT!! in the shop I just deciced to shut the doors and go home and cool off. Maybe I gave up to easy (for once)

Hi my name is Michelle, most people call me "Tint Lady". I've had this title since I was 19. I love working on automobiles and developed that passion from the age of 13. I have owned my own business since 1987. I am approaching a twenty year mark of serving Muskogee and am excited about that!

I look forward to work each day. I really like making automobiles "look good". My customers always tell me my shop is nice and clean. I try to keep it that way. Customers tell me that my office/waiting area is warm and cozy and the chairs are comfy! I also love sharing my hobby and love of collecting antiques with many of my customers. My shop is full of them!

The window film I prefer above all others is Madico window films. I have found this product to last longer than any I have ever experimented with. I warranty my work and stand behind the product. A big part of my success has been because of this product, Madico. The film, when applied properly goes on and stays on for many years of enjoyment. Some other tint shops may say Madico is harder to work with but I find its lasting quality to far outway any difficulties I may encounter when applying this film to any auto.

When people enter my shop they will find me jamming to the greatest and latest of Christian music and if they are lucky, maybe catch me singing. My joy is in the Lord and I am blessed to be able to have a job that I get a lot of satisfaction out of.
