Will window tint cure correctly when tinting below freezing? I've been tinting at a dealership all winter but lately it's been below freezing. Should I be concerned about the cars I've tinted lately in this cold weather? Also, what solution do you prefer? I use tint slime but I'm not a big fan of it. Thanks.

As long as you do not a lot of water behind, it can freeze and it will dry out fine over time.

Were do you buy tint like this??

 

I get it from Interwest Distribution.

UN-frosted 12 panes of dusted crystal 114" high. The middle section with the extra layering was especially fun. My arms hurt.

3M Dusted Crystal logos on the glass and 3M clear film on the white and blue walls, total of 85ft x 114" on the walls.

Well seeing that we have been selling window film in Minnesota for over 50 years, I would say A LOT of people ...................

It was so .....  .....today the water was freezing on the door frame...........

Solyx SXR-9829 Glass frost

I remember doing a few these way before hear shrink film was out, Not Fun.

How are they now to do with shrinking film ............ ?

I did this one last week.

Howard, what you have offered is WAY beyond and above any warranty offered by any other window film company, all I can say is WOW and very impressive to say the least.

I would also like to say you have more passion then anyone I have known in this Biz, with the exception of V4V............

3M P-18 silver installed on the left and on the right is the 35% silver that had degraded to 46%, not sure how old it was.

Some in shop glass and some 50" tall bands of 3M Dusted Crystal on 135 windows that took 2 days.

I like the leaf. Did it go up in one piece or did you place them individually ?

 

This was installed in one piece, I did another one a year or so ago and the same design and that one I did in 2 pieces because it was bigger then 50", it is part of there logo.

3M NV-15 on all of the 2 floor windows.
