I tinted a 2013 Hyundai Elantra a couple days ago and he just called me to tell me his b.g. cracked and spider webbed around the whole b.g. Has this ever happened to anyone? It was fine when it left my shop. Should I take responsibility for this?

Yea I’ve had the same issue. Pain goes away in about 2 weeks. Been to the doctors and all they suggest is physical therapy. Even working in these smaller cars like an frs I’ve tweaked my neck a couple times

For you guys using a sharpie and peel board for the back glass, do you guys place the film back on the bg to wet check for more fingers?

I hand cut everything. I don’t work on enough cars for me to invest a plotter. But I may have to now. Yes I use a stainless steel olfa. Looks like this guy got a free tint job. :6pack

I left a 2 in score mark on a customers back glass and was wondering if anything can be done to blend it like polishing it. When I run my fingernail over it I can’t feel any indentations. Hoping there is a fix for this

Hang one of these signs up with a chain in front of your bay. Although there are those few who thing the sign is just there for climbing over.

Looks easy to take off but knowing me it'll be a pain to get back on esp seeing that long rubber strip come out like that

So only taking interior pieces apart and spoilers?    No exterior pieces except the spoiler?

You have to remove the motor to the wiper because there's a 10mm screw behind it holding the spoiler down. I would suggest pulling the tail lights out all the way out instead of leaving it dangling on the sides.

This car was such a PITA. Thanks to The Man for the write up on spoiler removal, it saved me so much more time. I don't see how the bg can be shrunk without he spoiler being taken off. Might end up melting it if left on. Bottom of the glass has a weird curve to it sorta like a crv.

Will this work on 2015 Audi A3 sedan?

I tried pulling the liner down and it sounded like it was glued to the roof of the car. Didn't want to pay for a new headliner
