want2modmygt
Just out of curiosity, is th govt offering the tax credit for 2008? I've read 3 things. 1.) the window film tax credit has expired, 2.) it's still alive and well for 2008 tax season, 3.) it's pending for 2008 still. anyone know the truth? tintshopky
what's up with the tax credit anyway. I've seen some links to it from the distribitor sites. I haven't been educated on it though.
Guest JUSTIN
I was told that the irs did not renew the film tax credit for 08. A possible reason is the stimulus checks.
Roach
what's up with the tax credit anyway. I've seen some links to it from the distribitor sites. I haven't been educated on it though. Basically they gave a tax credit if you used films that fell into their approved categories. It was 10% of the total job, up to $500. If I recall correctly... -R

If I recall correctly... -R it is 10% of the price of the material used only..it does not include labor..so you had to seperate the two...not 10% of total price of job.
