No Show & No Answer

Recommended Posts

I just book um all and tint the ones that show. Overbook? tell them their car is built sooooo good it is going to take longer............. then they are happy cause "their" car is special :money Works all the time :beer Back when I had more installers we could turn a car out in 15 minutes. Can turn them out now in about 30- 40 minutes with fewer installers :bingo

Cheers

My day starts at 8 a.m. so whether I have one car or five they all have an 8 a.m. appointment and I do them in the order they made their appointment. If one doesn't show, no matter, I just start on the next one and so on. On days I dont have anything scheduled or I get caught up it is first come first serve. I have been doing it this way for about 10 years now and it seems to work best for me.

this is good advice... i like that... this way you get all your cars that show and just because of someone not responsible you still have your work cut out for you... at the end, they are the ones who loose... Thank you DBD

as of 2011 this is how I am going to do it with scheduling...if they are late..they go to the back of the line. <img src='http://www.tintdude.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/thumb.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

About how I do it, except in the winter where I am a bit more flexible. When I am 5-6 a day deep, it's 8am and first come first serve unless someone doesn't want to get it until the afternoon, then I will bump up some of the more urgent things.
