Hiring A Flat Glass Installer

Recommended Posts

I need welcome any feedback on my idea for hiring an experienced flat glass installer. The person must be very experienced and skilled, communicate well with customers and leave the customers completely satisfied.

I am offering a compensation package of:

$3.50 sf for all jobs

Will provide a wrapped company van to use 7 days a week (work week is Monday thru Friday) Van will be equipped with an interior mounted film handler.

$2500.00 sign on bonus

$1000.00 Holiday Bonus

Will provide any tools you might need but currently do not have.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts as to how attractive this compensation package is.

Thanks!
