We're looking to add experienced Tinters, wrappers, ppf installers and/or trainees, sales professionals to our Custom Tints team in Wentzville, MO. Looking for skilled workers in all areas of window tinting, vehicle wrapping, ppf installations. Must be able to provide great customer service and produce quality, time efficient tint jobs but willing to train the right individuals. Primarily auto/residential some commercial. PPF & Vinyl wrap a plus! Looking for a pro that pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Work in a clean 4000sqft air conditioned facility this summer! We use plotters and will train but if you prefer handcut that's great too. Come join a growing company located in beautiful Wentzville, Missouri.  Salaries $25,000 to $50,000 + benefits

You'll have more headaches pleasing Corvette owners than you will with Ferrari owners. The bumper is moderately difficult, but everything else on that car is easy peasy.  Set your pricing based on the bigger harder cars and charge that much for everything. 
 
You just want to build in enough margin that you aren't afraid to spend as much time and film needed to make sure that the job looks great and still make a profit.  Every once in a while you'll have the customer with unrealistic expectations that you have to be prepared to refund, so keep that "slush fund" in mind as well.

I'm super bummed I can't find the makita hg1100 anymore, anywhere!! Those were my favorite heat guns and have bought and sent atleast 5 to the grave, they were lasting us about 2 years. I only have 1 left, so today I stopped the snap on guy and he's going to deliver a snap on ET1400 gun next friday. Anyone ever used them?
