- Experience installing window tint on vendor, customer, and dealership automobiles using XPEL products and the most trusted techniques for the best results.
- Ability to keep track, update and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- ability to learn how to use the plotter for accurate window tint and PPF pattern software provided by DAP Xpel.
- Experience in free hand and software precut paint protection film.
- **MUST HAVE 3 YEARS MINIMUM WINDOW TINT WORK EXPERIENCE WITH
REFERRAL(S).

We are in search for a full-time PPF installer who can also tint cars. and we are looking for multiple tinters who can work full time, part-time, or that are subcontractors in their field. We are not in the position to Help relocate anyone.
We are also interested in hiring a front office manager with the skills to deal with any type of client, or situation, can communicate well with others and the shop foreman. Expert in all films but mainly Xpel ( I can educate on this part)

You must have experience! references, and non Drug user! We are a very busy shop. We have a 4000 sqft store and still growing.
We are looking for someone who can window tint, commercial tint and paint protection install, but may also have multiple skills. If you are only a ppf installer, apply as that. list all skills and length of experience you have. Must have your own transportation. We are closed all major holidays, and closed during Christmas break.

HOW WE SELL IT IS BASICALLY THE TRUTH OF IT ALL. WE TELL THEM HOW LONG TO EXPECT IT TO LAST, DELICATE CARE TO MAINTAIN IT, IF YOU PARK OUTSIDE DAY AND NIGHT (THIS MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU) TRUTH!, WHAT THE TRUE EXPECTATIONS ARE TO BE. THE FAMILIAR BRANDS SUCH AS CLEARPLEX AND EXOSHIELD ARE JUST LIKE AG OR SEC FILMS. STIFF, HARD TO MOLD, AND THE TOPCOAT USUALLY FAILS IN A YEAR OR LESS.
BRAY IS SELLING SOMEONE ELSE'S PRODUCT FOR DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE PRICE AND STEK HAD A GREAT PRODUCT BUT FAILED IN 6-10 MONTHS IN THE CALIFORNIA SUN.
NO PRODUCT IS PERFECT. WILL IT "REDUCE" DAMAGE? YES. BUT IS STILL AT RISK TO CRACK IF THE OBJECT IS TRAVELING AT A HIGH SPEED. IT'S GLASS! WE JUST SELL HONESTY.
