the law was put in effect in the 70s when people where putting mirror like residential film on cars. this created a problem for other drivers for obvious reasons. hence the 35% reflectivity.

Thats what i do as well. its a good gig you just get calls with appointments all set up. go in do the job get out, get paid. its awesome! in 2 years i have yet to show up and have a flake. they always show cancellations are a day in advance normally.
