Gotta mix up some dawn in a small spray bottle to break down the adhesive that I am removing off for r/r jobs

Next ones will be thinner,,hopefully he is allowed to make a dozen or so,and CNC made faster,they are super busy at his work and not his shop and I don't own a milling machine yet but I have a lathe and drill press,lol

I run the blue 3m hardcard across the grain of my pants or shorts to smooth the edge for a quick fix and buy a box of 25 and replace them when necc or they leave water or scratch

I have tried the card sharpener=not good as a new card or even close for tint and sanding them or cardboard is not very good either when you have new ones

They take a beating in the edges of the door seals

The gold 3m hold up to heat gun better for shrinking

This r/r was misery=camero,,there is no bagging with no sunlight and have no steamer and now there is no defroster,,lol,,and he said he had heat lamp things,,ha,,won't be driven in winter he said

2hrs to clean it and 15mins to cut and apply

Dawn was okay,,joy sucks,,car wash soap worked,,whatever shampoo that makes tears worked

I mixed a lot of dawn in the water for wet shrinking while back

J@J is way over priced also

The 1st trip to his shop I said you need to wash all the dust off the outside and need some cushion and abit lower,,lol

This was fun,,over the roll bar on the way in and I rolled under it on the way out

It was tinted before,,he removed most of it and glue,,,but still lots of adhesive spots and the edge/matrix scrubbing/a few trips in and out to get perfectly clean

And was the 1st I ever reverse rolled a back glass,,there was no frankening it in

Installed F1 Classic 30 on the front doors. About the only thing to make this truck look better would be my boat attached to the back of it. Lol
