Definitely sounds like the film needs to dry. Manufacturer states a drying time of 4-10 weeks and that is because of various factors like customer's garaging their vehicles instead of leaving it in the sun to dry faster. Also there are alot of different squeegee's that are being used but I recommend using the heavy duty 6" squeegee that commercial/residential tinter's use on security film. Give it some time and if it doesn't go away after 2 months, then you need to start worrying.
