I am thinking of going to work for a car dealership to tint,

I would appreciate some feedback on what the going rate per

vehicle is. I want to know what would be considered reasonable

for both parties involved, but especially me.

I have over 10 yrs. experience too...

In house tinting (if that's what you mean/on their payroll) has been around for years... I did it for Freeland Motors of Ft. Myers, FL. for six months back in 1990. At that time I was paid $12/hr. + $10/car with the same number years experience you now have.

My 2 cents tells me today's rate should be $25-35/hr + $15/ per car... :lol

Prices vary depending upon which state you live in as well as the area. Just make sure you charge them enough to make a decent living.
