don't you hate when youy have a back glas you have to shrink on and the customer has stickers you have to try and heat over ..I pulled two today so I could get the film shrunk....

how about when they drop the car and don't notice them and cant call ....just scrape?

if you scrap em and customers say something , just tell them you had to take it off because it kept you from doign a good job on they're car, :krazy

I tell them ahead of time if its a window that the film has to be shrunk, the stickers will be gone! :krazy

If they drop it off while you're gone and you don't get a chance to speak with them about it, just scrape 'em and explain that you cut and shrink from the outside and they HAD to go...........
