Thats why I asked metint :beer

Almost every film company buys components from the same place,

I suspect in Martinsville Va.

I would still think aluminium or ni-chrome would cost more than polyester beads

I'm diggin' the new warranty

other companies are following J's lead

Sounds like it's made like Solar Gards true grey....The original color stable film.  IF it's made the same way, all I can say is it works.  Been around longer than any other method of "color stability". :spit

OT,

I thought true grey was an all-metal film :beer

There's a reason they are all going after a color-stable non-metal film...I was begging my distributer for it for years...Nobody wants the hassle of metal on high-end cars anymore, at least that's what I see. I sure don't use near as much hybrid stuff anymore with all the electronic gizmos in the newer higher end cars.

I wonder if they looked into the dye in "tribal black" for tattoos

it dosent fade out like traditional ink

instead of my favorite fade out color ..............purple

what they need to make is a deep dark purple film that stays purple till its a few years old and looks like what we would call a purple car or film :bling
