Heyas, today I had to tint a rear screen on a VW Golf Hatchback, had some problems with it, I had about 3-4 goes at it and creased it every time, usually at the bottom corners (I dry shrink btw) , got the most experienced guy at my work thats been tinting for 5 years and he shrunk it first go, creased it still but was outside the dot matrix so we could still tint it, Do u guys have trouble with these rears or got any tips incase I come across another one? I watched the other guy do it and only thing different he seemd to be doing that I wasnt doing it really waving the heatgun around heaps like in quick circles, other than that yeh I think it was just a difficuit back glass, I dont usually tint VW .. the cars I mainly tint are Hyandia, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford, Toyota, Mazda and a few others, ive only been tinting a year hopefiully when I get more experienced I can shrink these damn curved VW's :bingo
