F & I is the "Finance and Insurance" Department (the guy that writes up the payment contract and tries to sell you warranties and such)

I have been toying with the idea of a 100$ gift certificate from a local store to the f&I person who sells more than 5 full kits in a month. im thinking that the f&I people at this dealer will be competing with each other. :gayfight

Good Idea, Car Guys love Spiffs and bonuses. Or he who sells the most gets........... We have a sandwich shop here in town, once in a while I will give a salesman who refers customers to us a "lunch" on us as a small thank you. We buy like 50 $10 gift certificates, negotiate them to like $7.50 ea to the sandwich place.

Door Cups, Door Cups, Door Cups!!!!! A good filler for those "slow" days is preloading entire lots with door cups. In the long run it can save the dealer money on the new cars because they don't have to remove the scratches in their detail departments. Low cost to the dealer, but if you can get the dealer to do the whole lot, and stay on top of them as the new cars come in, it can be very profitable.

Door cups? You mean the area under the door handles that get scratched up?

Does your package include templates for those areas? or are those all just hand cut?
