Seriously. .imagine how our phones would ring is this "industry" ever did a national ad on Idol??

Ah, but imagine the price of a roll of film should they choose to advertise there. This would be like any of us trying to advertise during prime time television. The cost has to be worked into the cost of goods, and I could'nt see business growing enough to offset the raised cost of product. Advertise on American Idol = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Unfortunately, our industry is a long ways away from major network type advertising. We have'nt mainstreamed enough to gain the notariety necesary for such promotion.

yeah...malti million dollar companies not being able to afford advertising..OK.

the only reason they dont..they are to affraid that the other film companies will reap the benifits, which is a p1ss poor excuse if you ask me.
