Canberra Australia...

Had a custy buy a 2008 3 series BMW and I put 35% Carbon Suntek all round. (legal limit in oz)

She gets transfered to Canberra and takes the car over the government pits where their light meter clocked it at 29% (can get away with 30% usually). Having been over their pits myself I know their testing is performed in a dark old shed, and if they are using the same Light meter, its ancient!

Has anyone else experienced the same sort of problems specifically with Canberra, but I also hear South Ausralia can be the same?

We bought a brand new light meter so as soon as I get my hands on it I will be conducting a full T.S.I. (Tint Scene Investigation)
