Is anyone else having problems with Madico honoring their warranties? I have called Madico and also E-Mailed them and got no response. I have had problems with Madico in the past with very slow warranty credits, and now they are not responding at all.

Have tried talking to Madico in Florida, with no results. The answer is the same it has been in the past, "You have to purchase a full box of film from Madico" and then if madico feels like it or when ever they get to it they may credit your account. One responce I did get from Madico in the past was that madico likes new dealers better as they go out of business, and then madico does not have to deal with warranty work,

The only reason I started to reuse madico film was that at the time we purchased this film they had a very good customer service rep. now they are back to what we call madico's business as usual.
