Tinting Taillights on a Charger

for the op, I wouldn't recommend the vht niteshade...I have that on my srt4 taillight and my light output is horrible....and looks flat unless u use clear coat. and Fredstinting, that looks pretty bad,,,seems like u didn't spray it evenly..

v-tint. lamin-x is alot thinner and easier to work with than x-pel, price is about the same.

VIP - What film do you use and how did you tackle this? I redid them yesterday. There is a lot of stress on the top and side. The first time I had most of the stress up top. When I redid them I tried to move most to the side and just have a little at the top. He hasn't called back yet so...

I second what thatsnappyguy says, Lamin-x is easier to work and about the same price. Sticker City also sells the exact same thing as Lamin-X. You should cut out the reverse lights, too. It makes a greater contrast between the two and looks very good.

when you make the cut overlap the film make sure its on the curve of the tail light and you should get a clean install
