I want to one day have a bulldog. The problem is pure breds are so dang expensive. $3k for a dog? Maybe in a few years

There are plenty of great dogs out there. We have never bought a dog, purebred or not.

Bulldogs can be incredible therapy. They have personality like none other.

However, be warned! They are extreemly high maintenance. Dont listen to people who just rant and rave about health problems. Truth is if properly cared for many of the health problems can be avoided. Thing is they truly must have daily care outside of the normal stuff that dogs need.
