Customer or Employee ?

Recommended Posts

So, a Customer comes to you with a complaint about one of your employees, do you immediatly

jump on the Employee, or do you first listen to the Emplyees version of what happened ?

A person I know was presented with this scenario, I said I would post here and let them know.

I would get the employees story immediately...... them compare the two versions and try to figure out "the story".

Sometimes customers just imagine stuff or see a opportunity to stick something on someone else so they don't have to face consequences of their actions.

That said............ employees can do or say the darnedest things :lol6

There are 3 sides to the story....the customer's, the employee's and the truth. It's up to the employer to figure out the 3rd side.
