How expensive is it to put keyless entry on a car that does not have

power door locks or power windows?

I would worry more about a good installer than the price. Those actuators need to be installed properly. Be cautious of who does the install.

I use to charge $75.00 for the locks installed with 1 master switch, and add about $100 to that to add keyless entry.

That was about 8 years ago, so I would expect a good shop to be charging between $400 and $600 these days.

As far as keyless entry is considered, you can get it done. And the cost will depend on the team you hire, apart from the system. The system may cost you around $50-70. But make sure you don’t lend your car’s security in hands of inexperienced and irresponsible team at the sake of cost.
