2012 camero issue

I tinted a 2012 convertable two weeks ago at a dealership and yesterday I went back to do more work and the camero was on the showroom floor with the top down and the windows up. Low and behold im looking at the quarter glasses and they have about a half inch of glass showing around the edges and my front doors hace a micro edge like I like to have. The manager walks by and I said I needed to redo the quarter windows and he says what for they look great.( Dealer work is great). I told him why and he said ok, if you want to. Anyway I realise the quarter windows need to be tinted with the top down to get that micro edge. Do you guys or gals see any problems with pealing or anything when I redo them.

I normally do all convertables with the top down.

Then do the back glass last. After you are happy with all side windows.
