Maybe you could try a flood light set up. The ppf guy where I work will set up a couple flood lights and they heat up the car/ppf film and makes removal a lot easier for him. The same could be used on a back glass with the bag trick. One set on each side relatively close to the glass. The key is heating the entire window evenly. When you use only a heat gun, youre concentrating a very large amount of heat in a rather small area. This might lead to a problem if theres any flaw in the glass/temper/laminate.

Yes because we have the sun 1 time in the month only:) I live in cold cold Norway :(

But not a problem if the window is laminated?

Since the sun is not an option in your location, I would start looking for a steamer. They work really well for most removals.
