4th Generation 4runners

Anyone know a trick to tint the front door windows on a 2007 4runner without removing panels? I couldn't tuck the bottom corners so after two attempts I pulled the panels off.

2014 Toyota 4 Runner:

Nope but they're easy enough to take off. Why not just pull them. The trick to putting them back on is to pull the sweep off the panel and put it on the window/door then snap the panel back into place. It took a few minutes and words till that was figured out (dee dee dee).

Personally it was a cinch minus the back glass. I never did one of these but noticed it is like a large roll up, needs shrinking like a back glass, and has a large spoiler at the top.

Basically I cut the top like a rollup, slid it down and shrank top portion, rolled up window, shrank lower portion, and installed. Without removing the giant upper rear window spoiler it just took some evaluation....lol.

All in all, it was not a bad vehicle. Side windows shift a bit in typical Toyota fashion but go on quickly.
